Awesome, thank you for letting me know! Two of these plants were given to me by a coworker that he started from seed. One of them I found in a bag from the store. All these seeds were regs. The store one showed sex first. I think I seen the tiniest hints of possible pistillate hairs before I left for work this morning so I’ll really be looking this evening when their lights kick on.

Hey guys,

Just a little update. Got home today and waited for my lights to kick. The plant I transplanted yesterday is doing great! It’s super reaching for the light and looks like it’s loving the new room. I snapped some pics of what look like the right hairs I’m looking for as far as sex but I just wanted some second opinions.

The first two pics are of my plant in the plastic pot. The second two are of the plant I transplant yesterday. The last is just a general pic. What’s your guy’s opinion on the sex or is it still too early?

They look female, but keep an eye on them. You have at least two to three weeks before you need to worry about it.

Thank you! I’m pretty hopeful/stoked lol. My clones I took aren’t doing too well. I feel like I kept them too wet. Some are still standing so I’m trying to keep faith.

Just a quick update: everything seems to be doing well and they are all shooting pistils which is cool to see. I up potted the plant that was in the plastic pot. Have it 3,000ml of straight water. Going to transplant the Strawberry tomorrow or Sunday as well!

Hey all,

Just another quick update. I received my second Vipaspectra 450W today andgot it out up in my tent. Brings my 3x3 to a total of 470W from the wall. The plant I up potted looks amazing and super happy. I’m gonna give it a couple hours and go back up and stare at them.

I’m going to transplant my Strawberry tomorrow I believe. And the most amazing thing happened today and I was gifted a cut of Tangerine Peel and Bubba Kush. So I need to get my veg tent up and going. It’s a 2.5x2.5. 218W is what would be optimal for that tent I believe. What do you guys think? I kind of want to try out a Mars Hydro light for my veg tent. What do you guys think?

Keep the lights high for now - 24" - 30" (60cm - 75cm) above the plants. Lower them at a rate of about 2" / 5cm per day so you won't burn your plants.

The new growth shou;d have tighter node spacing, (The leaf stems will be closer together on the branches.)

Thank you a ton! I raised everything. I’ll attach pics but keep the lights out of them but imagine the lights being right where the top of the pic cuts off.

I’m using a “65W” bulb from Walmart for my two cuts I got as gifts today. Is that okay for now? What light would you recommend that’s cost effective for a 2.5x2.5 tent?

I trashed all my clones today. I kept them too wet. It’s a learning curve though. I have these two plants now I’m stoked about and seeds from the local weed store to try out. I’ll get this growing thing down some day!

Just an update: I’ll be receiving my Mars Hydro TS-1000 for my veg tent tomorrow, so I’m excited about that. I’m looking forward to getting my gifted cuts under some good light!

I also up potted the last of my three in flower, my Strawberry Glue. She was starting to get thirsty before the transplant. She seemed to be pretty pumped about it this morning before their lights went out!

I’m also looking forward to my next round of seeds popping. I really enjoy popping seeds.

Hey guys,

I hope everyone is well, just another update.

I finally have a properly lit veg tent!! I received a Mars Hydro TS-1000 in the mail today and it’s a pretty awesome light! I’m excited to see what it does and it’s perfect for my 2.5x2.5. I have it dimmed all the way down currently as I have popped five seeds and I got them under the light tonight.

I’ve transplanted the Tangerine Peel and Bubba Kush in to 2 gallon cloth pots. Both were pretty well rooted. Hit them both with 500ml straight water with some mycorrhizae.

All my plants in my flower tent are doing great and just doing their thing.

My next product will be adding proper venting to both tent. And some updated fans and such. But I kick the vents open and stuff and it seems to create a makeshift vent of sorts.

I feel like I should defol my Strawberry a little bit. It’s the bushiest one in the group shot, on the front left. Is it too late for that? Or do you guys even recommend it? I’ve heard mixed things.

Hey guys,

Hope everyone is well, just another update: today marks day 22 in flower. Everything seems to be doing great! My biggest plant as far as stretching has a little light burn on in if the tops from me not paying attention, but I rotated it and raised up the lights.

Everything is shooting pistils really well and some sugar has started to form in some leaves.

Still a couple fungus gnats here and there but I only see one like every few days it seems. Still using fly traps though.

Pretty much just letting the flower tent do its thing and trying my best to feed accordingly.

In my veg tent my two gift clones are doing just fine and all five of my mystery seeds have popped up and are doing just fine.

I’m very open to comments and the like. Thank you for looking!
