14 days is safe to start a 50% strength fertiliser for a week or so. The light 2ft away shouldn't be an issue, I run my led at that.

Cheers bro
As seen in pic above of Nutes
Are you referring to trace element mix or silica and Potash OR a mix of both??

Most lighting manufacturers have their own recommendation, my marshydro is 12-18in (300-450mm) I run it at about 24in (600mm).

I addressed this for you on another forum
You should start feeding coco from the day the seedling sprouts.
Never plain water and never let it get dry.

You don't have the correct nutes......you're missing the most essential elements for plant health....NPK.

This is an example of 14 day old seedlings in coco......fed every day to run off with the correct nutes.

Forgive me, as I’m new as well, but, what are those pots? Anything special? Cheers!

Cheers,I have finally got things under control,pH sitting 5.8-6.0 in runoff 6.5 and feeding Nutes 600 MLS per seedling 3 times a day,
I have a poor man's setup so ppm etc not in use as yet,1st time so just suck and see aye

You can get TDs meter from eBay relatively cheap no more than 10$ will save you money in long term by not burning or starving your plants
