1st time grower - Help anyone!

Please anyone help !!
my plants are on 1st week of flower but it looks like after the stretch their are HUGE gaps and empty leaves any HELPPPPP
I dont know if i can post pictures here i dont see an option

I'm pretty sure that link tells you how to post them on the thread as well- but if not- down in the bottom left corner of the post box it says 'My photos' - click on that.
I looked at your gallery but I just see a couple photos of some pink blurry stuff.
