Two Pennsylvania men face several drug charges in Iowa after officials say a deputy found 30 pounds of marijuana in their car during a traffic stop on Interstate 80 near Council Bluffs.

Pottawattamie (paht-uh-WAHT'-uh-mee)) County Sheriff Jeff Danker says when a deputy pulled over a car for speeding on Monday, he smelled a strong odor of marijuana.

The sheriff says the driver, Anthony Wintermyers, and his passenger, Zachary Grove, both of York, Pa., consented to a search. Danker says the deputy found a duffel bag in the trunk, which contained several bags of pot along with a "significant" amount of cash.

Both men were in jail on Tuesday on $5,000 bond each. Jail officials didn't know if they had an attorney.
