The smaller of these 3 went on a growth spurt this week. Almost all caught up now. The garden smells delightful. Hahaha

Just topped them. The rest is all natural. They are now completely out of control. Chest high! The foggy rainy weather has done them well so far. Hope everyone is having a good grow so far.

Hey guys, been awhile since I been to this thread, not much time to follow them all regularly like I was.

Here are a few of my girls this year.

In the garden: 1 giant pumpkin plant and 4 Blue Dream girls around it.

Hey everyone. I was wondering when we can expect flowering to start. Like around what date will the days be short enough for the plants to trip?

These girls are pretty much as tall as the shed now. I can not believe how much they shot up. Over my head now.

Hey Head, after having gone and looked back at my first grow and from memory, they should start to form bud about mid August here and be well into bloom by the end of the 3rd week in August with most hybrids ready for harvest end of September...they seem to mature much quicker outdoors compared to indoor grows.

Thanks man. I was just curious. A friend thinks his are flowering now. I will have to aquire a picture from him.

There are some strains that do start earlier, quite a few around the province grow one called Early Girl that flowers earlier and often harvested by the first week of September.

Time to cut them all down I think. One got stolen from my friends yard last night. I almost harvested it yesterday, was just gonna give it a couple more days.

I hate theives and am not above breaking legs, hands etc if I catch them

Yes. It was an older guy i knew. He doesn't even smoke it, just into gardening and wanted to try growing. I told him it was too close to the road. He just never dreamed someone would take it. Won't happen next year that's forsure.

Hmmm... I must be old fashion, I would just shoot them ...LOL... More fertilizer for my garden!
