2x3 Veg 2x3 Bloom Rooms

I just bought a 500w LED to use for my Bloom Room.

I would like to get T5's for my Veg room due to low heat output. What would be ideal for a 2'x3' space? 4 3ft t5's? or more?

Also how much more can I expect my electricity bill to raise due to the 500w and t5's?
