Would this LED grow light suffice for a single plant?
45W. 225 Pcs LED Beads: 165 Red LED lights (650 nm wavelength) + 60 Blue LED lights (465 nm wavelength)
If not can you suggest comparable LED lights that would work? I read that you want ~44W per square foot, and since I only have a single plant, I assume I dont need more than 1Sqft of lighting.
