I have 3 babies on the go and 1 seems to have stunted growth, I haven't been using any nutrients as such, I started off using ph balanced water at 5.5, not sure of EC, and I've slowly added Dutch pro grow into the mix, the other 2 seem healthy and doing well but the 1 just seems to not want to grow I'll show photos, as you can seen1 is noticeably smaller than the other 2, is this shock or is there more I could be doing, I've added photos of my temps and humidity, I know my conditions aren't ideal but I'm trying to get the humidity down a little more and the temps up a bit any help is appreciated

any help is appreciated

Okay, here you go: Turn the damn blurple off before taking pictures, especially when asking for help determining if there is an issue and, if so, what that issue is  .

Also, a little more information might not be a bad idea. I mean... with the "purple on purple, surrounded by purple," I've got no idea whether you're trying to grow those things in soil, coco coir, could be textured roofing shingle material *from what I can make out in those pictures* - and the instructions are absolutely going to differ when it comes to things like how much and WHEN to begin feeding, proper pH, et cetera. If you force us to guess, by posting pictures like that and not posting enough information, well, the answers you end up getting (if you get any) could help your plants... or kill them.

Here, maybe this will help us help you. I sure hope so.

It's in a different section of the forum ("Problems, Pests & Disease Control"), so I'm not wholly surprised that you didn't see it. Actually, that's probably where you'd get the most attention with a thread like this - but let's worry about helping your seedlings for now, and you can remember that advice for future reference, in case you require assistance again.

Why do you feel the need to try belittle someone for asking for advice? I'm sorry I took photos during my light on cycle so not to expose the plant to any light during their dark period, they are potted in coco coir and been fed PH balanced water, only just started adding nutrients this week, sorry for being up front here but its comments like yours that put new comers off from asking for help, I have some knowledge of the basics and asked a simple question, the question being, could there be a reason to why 1 out of the 3 is growing slower when their in the same conditions, same feed, same light period ect,

Feed coco from day 1. Water coco daily. You do NOT water coco like soil. If you do, and wait for it to dry out, you'll bust out.

TS wasn't being rude, he was telling you how to best get some help. You may not understand that now, but if you stick around and learn, you will see why he asked that, pointed out the need for more information, and added in a link on how to help us help you.

Pull the pot out and take a pic under the natural room light.

There isn't anything anyone can do with those current pics, except go blind. ;)

Seedlings grow at different rates. It happens.
