Amending soil first time seedling stage

I was wondering when people amend there soil for first time? My seedlings sprouted 12 days ago. My seedlings are in a seed starter soil with nothing but extra perelite. I wanted to amend the top soil with a pinch of Mother Earth root down today. Should I wait?

Should be ok, but start easy. You can always add more later but it’s hard to undo too much nutes because every time you water - you feed since the water will activate the nutes again

Yeah go real easy. Prolly better to up-pot and give them more soil then amend.
