First transplant amending soil

I’m going from a seed starter soil in solo cups to a 1 gallon of fox farms happy frog. I want to amend the soil. Can I use half the recommended dose for amending my soil with Mother Earth root down and super worm frass? Mother Earth is a 3-6-3 and super worm frass is a 2-2-2

I don't know about those products, but I do use Happy Frog, and I grow lots of things in it from seed, so it is pretty tame on the nutrient side. Both of those seem relatively gentle, if it was me, I would go ahead and try it.
