Make sure there is good air circulation and that you don’t over water. Looks like those leaves that are dying are really moist. Could have some mold trying to set in.

I was kinda wondering about root rot as well from soil compaction don’t seem to be drinking as much and the new flower growth that’s popping up on the bottom is very pale but again everything up to looks good
