Hi this is some of the neuts I have I was just wondering do I really need them all or not
Anything I should keep or lose?

It's hard to see what the small bottles are. Maybe you could list?
A two-part solution with pH adjusting stuff (left 4 bottles) is really all you should need. If your water is soft or you are using RO water, some Ca/Mg supplement will be necessary.
Beyond that, you really don't need anything, so I'd say the eight bottle on the right aren't necessry.
That said, I have been just reading anecdotally here that some growers I trust like having extra silicon.
But IHMO, enzymes, bloom boosters, terpene enhancers, etc. are a waste of money--your plant needs the N,P,K and micronutrients in the two bottle solution and really doesn't need more even though the marketers would LOVE to have you think you need to fork over hundreds more for magic juice.
If that's a bottle of molasses in front you can use that to make cookies.
In any case, it look like you have more then enough to get started. Just go easy on the nutes (400 PPM or less?) until you see how your plants do.
