I found these little pests on 2 of my plants this evening . There weren't many, but I need to get rid of them. What do you advise?

Neem oil, applied as a foliar spray, every two days for at least two weeks. Castile soap is also supposed to work.
You need to kill the adults, larvae, and the hatchling from the last egg laid to get rid of them. If you do anything less, they will come back worse than before.
