Are these bugs?

Hi all. Into week 1 of flower now. Plants first started getting a strange look that resembled the mosiac virus.. Now I notice this mostly near the bottom.

Just regular nute deficiency, or bugs???

Can you take a loupe or magnify glass look under side of fans I think I see eggs sacs along the vines of that one under side shot. If so try cold water and blast them
