I'm using hybrid lighting 600w led and 250w mh /hps in 4x4 tent works great

I use 400w hps and add leds in flower.

I use a 600w led for veg tent then go to a 600w and 450w in the flower tent aith great results. Much cooler running temps with this qld summer

I'm torn between led and t5 for my clones and veg room. Can't decide as led is still pricey af. Any suggestions on brands of led?

I run a t5 in my home made clone room . I not sure what i can say about brands as these are my first post ..... been on here reading all the great knowledge from everyone. But i use the viparspectra range

Yes a little more costly but a lot less heat and they have an average of 50, 000 hours of use

I use CFL for seedlings 1-2 weeks from popping - LED for 3 weeks - MH for 4 weeks - HPS there after 8-10 weeks depending on strain..

I mainline my plants so i need the extra veg time..

I dont use my tent from about mid October - April/May..

I run a 40ish watt UFO led for one microgrow and three 23w cfl bulbs in another microgrow. So far the led babies and far superior to the cfl plants.

600w mh and 600 hps for flower

700 Mars LED. I used to use a 400 watt HPS but the LED is slightly better. 2 years and hasn't missed a beat.

Hps lights ,you can hang them like I do and get 2 gm per watt.
