Austin area info?

High all,

I was just wondering... as I mentioned in the other post I'll be moving to Austin in a couple of weeks, and am kind of curious what the 420 scene is like in that town. Are there some pretty potent strains of bud or kush available, or is it really hard to find? It seems like a fairly laid back place, yet somehow I have this image of Texas being an uber-red state where the Feds can get up in anyone's business at will. As always, I guess it's somewhere in between.

I just moved to Austin back in August and I love the pot here. I bought a Volcano Vaporizer and for about $20 I can stay high for 2 days. One of my 4 hookups even delivers! Man, I love this town!
