Auto Seedling Issues: Help!

Growing 2 Auto strains from Ethos Genetics: 2 Banana Daddy & 2 Pluto Cut. Everything was perfect and suddenly at around 6 days from sprout in soil one had two small dots. We thought possibly water droplets although we were very careful. Then more on the other leaf. Now 3 of the 4 are showing issues but all a bit different. I moved the lights a bit higher today just in case-but had them in manufacturers suggested distance.

1st Pluto Cut: 2 sets of spots. No pests under scope. Looks like thin spots in leaves:

2nd Pluto Cut: two leaves show pinching with some dapple spots. No pests under scope-mites?

3rd Banana Daddy: just has that mild dappling showing up. Was fine last night. May be fine.

I wondered if that could be an issue. Originally I literally misted it. Then began to add small amounts moving outward each day but not a lot. Last night was the first time I actually watered the pot. And one of them is perfect even though I’ve treated them all the same....

Here is how it looked before I watered the pot-just small circles like if it were in a solo cup.

I believe you are right. We thought we had Roots Organic Original which would be perfect. It was Green Fields which has high Nitrogen. The leaves are pretty dark green & some rust on the original leaves which led me to think calcium deficiency from higher nitrogen. The good news is they look GREAT now at 15 days from seed!
