Autoflower - Advice needed please

Hey peeps

Basically, i have a small space where im thinking of growing in ( Around 1.5 metres in height ) I know using a large lights , 400w , 600w etc is going to be to hot.

Iv been doing a little research and iv seen that autoflower plants dont need big lights as you would normally use.

Im looking to grow up to 5, not looking for yield, just enough for myself basically.

I have grown in the past but never autoflower, so i have no idea what kit i need to get etc.

Preferably things that dont eat up the electric as its not a big grow.

Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

T5 or led man. They stay small so you dont need the penetration power of hps as much. I would go for more coverage rather than more powerful light.
