planted a blueberry haze autoflower 3 days ago after germinating in a papertowel. It still hasn't popped the surface, i notice soil was rather dry, gave some water. Could that be that reason?

Sure it could be too dry, it could also be many other things. Seedlings can be touchy, sometimes you can do everything right and it still doesn’t go well.

Cool, i was beginning to wonder. Well i dropped two more seeds in some water about 18hrs, then in a papertowel so hopefully both or at least one will pop. It a autoflower
Sometimes while we are doing whatever we forget one step or do it wrong and forget to correct. It happens to all of us.
One of the things people have mentioned forgetting is being sure the soil is moist as you and Phytoplankton have brought up. Another thing is putting the seed to deep into the soil. And, forgetting to take the seed out of the wet paper towel before putting into the soil.
