I'm going to be up putting Into the autopot using soil. I'm curious as to the effective ph the resevoir should be kept at. I would think the autopot act similar to a more hydroponic system and would use 5.8 tho with soil I've been keeping it at 6.2. Which is the best option.

I use RO water and don't worry about it.
Soil is pretty forgiving with pH - but don't let it get too high tho.
RO is always 6.5pH for me.
I'm more concerned with soil pH for the long haul. I use my soil over and over so the pH will gradually creep up run after run.
You pH in the Res will change too after it sits in there overnight. So yeah don't stress on it too much unless you see plant deficiencies start to be a thing.
As long as you have a good soil mix you will be fine.

I'm gonna keep a fountain pump in the resevoir keeping the water moving so mega crop nutes have no settlement
They should have a pH requirement. I'd fill your res to the desired amount of water and let it sit over night then pH test. Then follow your nutrients suggestion on pH.
I'm water only so I cannot help with the suggestion but your nutrient company should have a suggestion. I would think lower is best but thats just what I've read about here from other growers.
