I live on the 9th floor of an apartment building and my balcony is pretty big. I was wondering if I could put a 5x5 box out there and perhaps insulate it to keep the temps in the 70s. Electricity is not a problem because of my rent including it in my all bills paid. Would this be possible and even worth it? Thanks for the input.

5x5 is totally worth it! I suggest stacking the box so you can move plants from veg to flower.
