Bee pollen?

Has anyone here added bee pollen to their water? I bought some organic bee pollen that's in pellet form very much like the GeoFlora I'm using except it's a different color. I bought it for myself but started seeing it mentioned on some threads when I Googled it.

I'm not sure of dosage or frequency and thought I'd throw it out here to my organic growing friends.

I add it to smoothies for nutritional value. Check it out, it's pretty amazing stuff.

We have a lot of bees here where we are. Farm country. All my neighbors have bee hives.

The bears seem to be ok with them. lol Must be healthy.

I've been buying Greenbow brand on Amazon but I'm going to order from this place next Backroad Beekeeping
