Best led panel with right specs?

Hi

after all the research i've been doing about the led panels it seems the ones to use need specs such as cree or bridgelux bulbs, 3w leds, 90% angle and red 660nm leds.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to a led panel/s that have all these specs?
i'm wanting to get a panel that will give me a good/great yield
