Hey guys! I am new on this forum and i already found some crazy informations about growing, thanks to the community to share all that info!
I am currently building a grow room and i have a bad time choosing the right lighting...
First, its a small grow room. 6' tall x 5' wide x 3' long.
I have acces to a lot of machine/aluminium were i am working so i want to build my own led lamp to save money. I am strugling on so many different option.
First, did you already build a led panel using cheap chiness led? Wich one are the best for a 300w lamp? 3x100w full spectrum or 100x 3w full spectrum?
I have found that with cheap led, you need to run it cold (like half power so like a 150 watt led panel?)is it true?
I found 2 days ago the bridgelux vero29 model. They look nice. But i dont understand that they do cover the full spectrum but they look white? Not pink like the other... I think that those led are better then the aliexpress one. Can you run it full capacity? Are they good?
I am sooooo confuse!
Please, guve me advise on what's working well for a decent price.
