Best light for mother

Hey im looking for the best light for a mother plant and 36 clones, the light will be used in a 1mx1m basic grow tent.

im totally new to mother plants and clones so i just want to basically find the best light for the job and whether or not to rune the light 18/6 or 24hrs? or?

any help would be great
