Best low THC, high CBD strains

I'm looking to add some CBD varietals to my garden and have a mother of Barney's Farm Critical Cure+ which is 5% THC/8% CBD. It's a solid strain but the person I grew it for isn't fond of overly psychoactive strains particularly for the day time so I'm looking for something with even higher CBD content. Even at only 5% this stuff has a bit of a kick.

Hardly a buzz but very relaxing and uplifting high

Can you get acdc in seed form? Ive had a few different crosses of it with the likes of chemdog and they were fantastic 1:1 strains.
