I live in MI and i need to know when i should start my seeds. what temp on average should it be before its ok?

70 degrees PLUS, average temp, wait till end/mid may.
I lived in MICHIGAN for 35 years and my mom & dad still do...!
Do not put them outside until after May 15 bro trust me I know...
You might get away some years sooner but it is a bitch to start all over I know and it will set you back alot 15 to 30 days is alots this time of year....

oh yeah, i live in MN and was told the safe-date for plants outside was may 15th
