Black Label Root Enhance

Hey guys. Anyone know if the Pure Essential Black Label Root Enhance good for outdoor use as the growing mediums does include soil use. I grow outdoor as it's more natural and makes my backyard garden look green.
Even better of a question is, are organic fertiliser good for outdoor if growing mediums include soil but customers who buy these products use them for their indoor plants.

I would like just to get some more info as most organic fertiliser don't really say indoor/outdoor use.
