Black Spots, Yellow tips / Sage Seeds

Two weeks into Flowering under a 150w Hps. Temps are around 78. Both Females. Some Black Spots. Brown tips with yellowing starting. Help Thanks!

Some black small flys. But maybe a couple a week. Other then that nothing.

So, you don't see any more black flies?

Once In a while they flying around. Maybe I find 3 a week. Whats a good way to get rid of them.

Got some strips. Thanks ms.fox and dryed out my dirt pretty good.

So no more bugs but now I still have yellow tips then they go to brown, then yellow starts again? Temps been a little high around 80. But thats about it. Thanks

All yellow/brown tips. First yelow! Some black/gray? Week 3 in Flowering.
