Hi i am new to growing and would like some help

I have a 400 watt HPS light

Extractor fan and carbon filter

IONIC Grow, Bloom and boost nutes

Ph Up&Down

I just wanted to know if:

How i can get a high yield from 1 plant ?

Is it possible to grow half pound from 1 plant with what i have ?

And if it is possible how can i do this ?
