Bottom round leaves yellowing; Nitrgoen defficiency?

I don't know if im jumping the gun, but i'd like to catch anything wrong with my plant as soon as i can. The bottom round leaves on one my plants is beginning to yellow, is this a nitrogen defficiency? or a natural occurence i shouldnt worry much about...
 
Those are pretty much the boosters for the plant. They give the plant energy while the plant it too young to recieve nutes.

This is completely natural, and when these are gone your plants are ready to get nutrients.

I thought once there was a couple of pairs of leaves you just pinch off the rounnd leaves?
thats what I have always done..
