Breed male photo x fem auto what if f2 with

Hello guyys...please dont ban me from forum coz of so many questions i do!!
Please inlight me...
I have been breeding the last weeks.
I use a gorill glue male photo and an auto anesthesia.
I get the pollen and i use it to the first generation and i am going to the second genretion (f2) .
I was wonder what if i get this f2 pollen and use it on an auto from seed i bought from seedbank?
Coz of the ressesives traits would be easier to make autoflowering seeds by doing that.?
Or it will failed coz its going to be one more strain with her genes and get everything confused like my mind right now...
Ohhh i got headache trying figure out the whole thing with breeding.

As soon as you cross into a stable line you open up the genetic map to everything in both lines that have gone into making that hybrid. The seeds that you produce are no longer stable, and you can get prototypes of every variety that is in her background, just like in humans how a recessive red hair gene can be hidden for generations and then show up when you least expect it. This is one of the joys of breeding... seeing what pops out. When you find a desirable phenotype with the traits that you are looking for, this is the one to breed back with a known stable line to try to get some consistency, but breeding takes a lot of patience, super record keeping, and years of experimenting to get what you want. Hit or miss breaking open a stable line is fun, but you can never predict what you are going to get out of it every time.... sometimes you will get a cross, and about half of the time you get something dug up out of the lineage.

I will upload a photo of the first seeds i get(F1)
But there is no smell...maybe in third time(f2)i will get some smell as well.
I am waiting for the plants to finish so i will collect the seeds and i will see how the genetig works and what traits she gets untill now.

Good news guys....
The F2 offsprings are less than 15 days (i think) under veg phase light schedule and i saw an auto starting showing the sex.i belive is a male but its too small yet.
Just waiting to see how may autos i will get.the funny thing is i germinate an auto seeds i bought .germinate all same time.1-2 days less or more and the F2 show his/her sex faster than the seedbfrom seedbank.
If u see in the middle a black pot the smaller ...look how huge and indiga dominate are!✌
This is where i spot the tiny small bag coming out from the "corner"

Yeah ...we got 3 fem autos untill now.and one male after get rid of some.
So time is what i need for them to grow.9 weeks countdown.
