Bud rot?

i live in a very humid place this plant is about 8 weeks into flowering grown outside in the earth with a few soil amendments i have been watering with botanicare cns17 and nirvana bloom enhancer one table spoon of g maws molasses a week this bud was on the plant till a few hours ago i pulled most of the dark stuff out b4 i thought to take pic but it looks to me that i have sugar leaves dying and drying up in the bud then they start to rot inside of the bud is that bud rot or

something else
