Can anyone identify these critters?

I'm thinking Thrips larvae but not sure. Also saw very few 2 spotted spider mites. Only like 1 or 2 mites.

I've been spraying with spinosad. These little fellas are crawling and remind me of maggots.

This is close to 500x magnification.

Those look like soil gnat larva- they are actually maggots,but small ones.

Maybe they are a moths , but did they transform in the adult fly ?

Yeah I‘ve got similar larvae in one of my soil bins....mine are clinging on sides and lid where it’s damp with condensation. I’m leaving the lid off..... not sure if friend or foe, prolly gonna hit them with Spinosad or neem. I’ve already got mosquito bits layered in top 4 inches so there’s the BT component present but the BT doesn’t seem to affect mine
