Can broken stems grow back to full strength?

one of the branches didn't make it i think, all of the leaves are wilting, should i wait a bit more or chop that branch?

the other look good no wilting so i think it's gonna make it

If it is wilting, the plant is not able to push water to those leaves. It is probably not going to recover, so you can cut that one off imo.

do i need to support it? zip ties do a pretty good job at keeping it together

That is up to you but @Sueet's msg makes sense. Again, it is up to you to make that decisions since you can see the actual plant.
