Can I put my girls back under CFL's?

I was wondering if I can put my girls back under my T5's. They have been under 600 watt Mh for a month and I have a 7 week old Lucy ready to go into flower. Or should I keep her in veg until the others are ready to flower? I am not In a huge rush I would rather do the right thing.

I would imagine so. I think the photo period would be a greater concern (i.e. switching from a 1000W 16/8 MH to 24/0 T5 light schedule). As long as the photo period is the same (still in veg) I dont think it'd be an area of great concern. This is just speculation. I figure if I can take a girl from beneath a 600W HPS on 12/12 and reveg her under (4) 40W flouros why not? Pay close attention to them for signs of stress.

Have You Ever Switched Lighting In Veg?

Hey there BWC!
Have you ever switched lighting on a plant in veg?

Yes I have. I have switched from a 400W MH conversion bulb to a 400W HPS to a dual 40w flouro lamp, then added a dual 35W flouro lamp. I use 2 dual flouro lamps to veg now. Only notable difference is the growth rate. I trimmed the lower branches because they weren't getting good light. I even tried to add CFL to the center of the bottom to add light, didnt seem to work well. Hope this answers your question.

hey 52 Firestone thanks for your input. I'm using a 600w MH conversion right now to veg and the growth rate is amazing. The only downfall is that for baby girls the light is intense, I had to keep the smaller plants off to the side. I bet 250 or 400w would be ideal.
