ok basically i was dumpster diving and ran across a 1kv oriel radiometric power supply. So was wondering what i would have to do to use it as a 1k ballast. I was thinking maybe just wire in a cap for MH bulb. I was unsure what i would have to add for a hps ? Can it be done ?
