I love this movie. That's all I have to say. Not really I have a lot more to say. The movie takes place in Amsterdam, and that is a really great start. The movie starts as a story, and it is, (I know that doesn't make any sense but I'm pretty high) it also takes you on a hilarious ride threw numerous skits.
My personal favorite skit is called "The Harder They Don't Come". It takes place outside of a Reggae concert. There is a Jamaican man trying to sell weed to comers and goers when an older man, who doesn't like the music, stumbles in looking for a drink. The older man turns out to be a Canadian police officer and pulls a gun on the Jamaican. The officer harasses the shit out of the dealer. The Jamaican turns out to not be Jamaican at all, but is a Detroit native. It's funny because his hair and accent are both fake. Any way the gun trades hands a few times but I can't really remember the rest so I'll have to watch it again. Stay tuned for the next issue... HaHa
