Cherries First Grow, Indoor No-Till 4x 15Gal

Hey all, figured I'd start a diary. I'm about a month in and pretty behind due to a bunch of noob mistakes compounding.

So without further adieu here's the first month for my biggest (hopefully female) plant. Reg mixed seeds, mixed strains, no idea what I got here. This is a very relaxed first grow just to get a feel for it and learn no-till style.

here's some of the issues I caused in them right away. Errors I made - too much water, no soil mix (backyard soil for some), overfed coconut water by a LOT and too early, added small amt of bone meal to top of soil and slowly watered it in, furthering the overfeed.. Anyways, they were looking real sad for a week or two there but they recovered.

Next step I'm picking up two 600w HPS with large hoods tonight or tomorrow. I'll be setting one of those up until they grow out a bit. Currently they are all under a 600w meizhi, which seems pretty good actually for the price, but isn't gonna cut it in the end. I'll be reorganizing the room theyre in and they will have a full 8x8 room to themselves. White poly everything etc.

Alright, so my plan is to scrog em to about 3x3 each, so a 6x6 area approx. I topped and fimmed these so far and will probably just let them grow pretty natural with very light training to get a feel for it all, but I want to learn to mainline eventually.

Anyway, I'll keep posting updates. I also haven't worked out a concrete feed schedule. Right now, what's in that pot is such a supersoil that it should definitely last the entire cycle, almost 2 cycles, but with no-till you want to be amending as you go to keep the soil healthy. I will be top dressing things like malted barley powder, alfalfa/kelp meal, neem meal. I have also got LABS (lactobacillus) in the works and a vermicompost set up too.

Oh shit I did totally forget about this lmao. Well here's a quick rundown since my last post. I just flipped to flower cpl days ago! They've loved the mix so far, made a bunch of mistakes, recovered them.

Still no idea what strains or sex. Seems like one skunk or skunk cross for sure is all I know, and I think I spotted 1 female for sure.

Upgraded to 600w HPS and shuffled room around too. Last pic there shows the almost total recovery from a very sad state earlier. No more clawing, drooping or "general malaise" lookin leaf. Issues were plentiful - took too long to transplant, overfeed multiple diff nutes at diff times, overwater, poor initial soil mix, poor temp/humidity, final pot mix too hot, etc. Never so bad that I killed em though and recovered them w/ water only for a cpl weeks after transplanting.
