Clandestine Marijuana Growing Lab Busted In Toronto

Toronto police busted a sophisticated clandestine marijuana growing laboratory last week and seized 1,100 marijuana plants, cultivation equipment, 11 kilograms of dry marijuana and a half- kilogram of hashish valued at more than $1million.

The clandestine laboratory was located at three industrial and two residential homes, one at a private home on Bowsfield Road.

Concetto Frasca,54, Norman Osmond,26, and Maxwell Reid,37, all of Toronto were arrested and charged with possessing and producing marijuana and hashish for purposes of illegal trafficking.
