OK i have pin pointed the problem which is over watering. now i am wondering how long it will take for the plants to recover from this ?

different with every plant my friend. typically once the soil dries out nice, then give them a little while to get rid of the stress, which can take up to a week.

I agree, that's about how long it took mine to recover. I didn't realize my lemon skunk is not a big eater compared to my other plants. She is just now starting to bounce back though I am still wondering how I over watered using coco. I was told this couldn't happen and that it is not good to let coco dry out like soil. Since this is my first time working with coco I am bound to make some mistakes.
