Are my plants stressed?

So I am trying scrog for the first time and 2 weeks ago I transplanted, topped and moved the plants from t5 to bigger led. .. all same day. Then after a weed and half I bent and pinned the plants. They all drooped a bit and started to go very pale. They have gotten their green back and are growing but the leaves are still drooping. Will it take a bit more time to recover or did I over do it?

The plants looks fine, now, Brother!

Not sure what happened before, but the LST (pinning down the plants) should not have caused them to lose color or droop, so I suspect something else was happening. Either way, the do look good now.
