Claw shaped leaves?

Hello people!

I'm 2 1/2 into bloom and one of my plants has curled downward claw like leaves on the very top. I took it out the tray and ran fresh water to flush it (possible salt build up) and noticed stem has slight purple. All other plants
seem fine. Any idea???
