Claw like leaves

Hi,
My seedlings are around 2 weeks old and there are only 4 leaves so far with another pair on its way. They were fine until the some of the plants leaves started to curl up sort of like a claw. Their main source of light is the sun and at night i have them under a 50 watt LED light.

So you're just spraying the leaves and that is it? Depending on how much you're spraying daily you could very well be over watering. How does the pot feel when you lift it? light or heavy? I would usually spray every other day.

I spray the soil around 10 times a day, i'm trying to water it less because i read that it could be over watering.

Your definitely over watering if you're doing it 10 times a day. I would spray once or twice a day every other day. But let it dry out first. If the pot feels heavy it is still wet and if it feel light then it is dry, ok?
