Leaves look like crab claws

Ok so I have five seedlings that are 16 days old. Four look great and one has some leaves that look like claws. One leaf looks like it is missing a little chunk and some light discoloration. All are in FFOF soil and using distilled water.

No extra nutes. Under 2 mars 300 watt LEDs.lights are around 20" above the plants. Looks like just one so far that's mutated. Maybe it's just the plant itself

I'm guessing a solid chunk to dust sized particle of solid fert landed on young sensitive leaf and got watered on and burned leaf from the get-go there. Nothing at all to worry about. Certain insects are also capable of "dementing" leaves by attacking them when they are very small.

This is not uncommon leaf mutation, it's purely genetic. If next nodes grow the same just toss it and start over.
