So my clones are in a clone clone machine
Clone is it OK if my clones are in a clone machine and they turn yellow

Generally yellow is not a good thing. Maybe OK if it's just fan leaves as the plant is rooting, but if the growth point turns yellow, it ain't mellow!
This is when a photo showing what you are looking at would come in handy.
What kind of "clone clone machine" are we talking about
I ask cuz a buddy has a 12 station hydro cloner, it's not bad, was thinking about getting one 
but, I don't need more than 1 or 2 at a time anyway, here's a clone I'm getting ready to plant from a Purple Ghost Candy, I use old 3 liter bottles (can't find them anymore where I'm at) I cut the bottom 3 to 4 inches off the and use the 2 halves as a cloner, like so... I usually get roots in 5 to 7 days
