Clone propagation

Not new to growing but new to this problem. The branch tips of clones before they get roots are turning white. If I have 6 nodes going all 6 get bleached out. Clone doesn’t die and it takes along time to come back. I know for sure it is not the light happened under both fluorescent and hps. Attaching a few pics not the best but look close and you can see.
(clones growing in both rock wool cubes and direct soil.)

If clones root before dying then in my book they are fine.It could be ph or to much heat or light or to much hormone.Clones do not take up nutrients they survive off of there stored nutrients and that means cannibalism to survive if they get to much light before root set.Hope this helps and a little tip burn never hurt nobody LOL.

Thanks for the info I have used Nutes in my spray bottle and I’ll stop that. I am pretty sure it’s not the lights because this didn’t always happen. What pH do you use for misting cuttings?

What are u spraying it with

light nutrient mist or no nutes in the mist.
