Clone roots growing? - Pics

So these are clones I took while the plants were in veg and since then the plants have gone into flower and showing sex. So I pulled the clones whos parents were male and this is what the root growth looked like after 10 days. Is this normal? FYI I 45 cut with razor and used rooting gel.

Yeah .... that's what the roots grow from.
