Hey guys plants in flower for almost 4 weeks and I'm starting to see brown hairs forming this ok or something is wrong??? or is this normal so early in flower

It definitely could be totally normal and probably is. It's the usual process for a few pistils to die off throughout flowering, even as new ones appear. Also pistils can die and go brown from mishandling like rough treatment, a direct spray of any kind, or too much wind.

Wind maybe its to much for them blower is on them for 6 hours each side I also like to touch them but not that hard that they would change color hope they dont turn to mold too much light mybe
I really doubt if it's too much light. The blower could do it. Are the dead pistils in the same side as the wind?

like i said they get wind for 6 hours on and off then the vent goes to other side of tent blows air there. but i haven notice anything on the left side of grow room yea ill aim vent down center
