It was a pretty good documentary, though I would say it was a little biased against marijuana towards the end of the program. It really focused on the changing culture of the U.S. towards marijuana, but it also focused on the problems associated with the changing culture without naming the source of the problems - the U.S. drug war.
The D.E.A. is wasting $10B per year on the war against marijuana (alone), that money could be put to better use on public education and healthcare systems instead of fighting a harmless plant.
